At Skin Pharm, your skin’s health is our priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If a product isn't the right fit for your routine, we offer a 30-day return window for most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your products in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
